Happy Police Day

Today’s the day when the Russian милиция officially changes its name to полиция (police).  In honor of this name-change, I taught my students a few slang words we Americans use for our police force (the word “popo” got a lot of laughs and so did my pitch for the Russian version of Cops).  A productive day indeed!
